Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your tennis gear. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Policy Overview

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items
  • All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions

Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging

Ship the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email)

Return Authorization Required: Without a Return Authorization Number, we cannot process your return. Please wait for authorization before shipping your items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account

Exchange Process

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
  • Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Braces & Supports (for hygienic reasons)
  • Ball Hoppers (due to potential exposure to court surfaces)
  • Any used or worn apparel items
  • Products without original tags or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective merchandise.
