Our Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned products must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Wait for authorization – we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Ship the package to our address (provided in your return authorization email)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
- Standard shipping rates apply for exchanged items
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Braces & Supports (for hygienic reasons)
- Ball Hoppers (due to potential exposure to court surfaces)
- Any used or worn apparel items
- Products without original tags or packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returns of defective merchandise.
